The National Electric Power Regulatory Authority has finalized the ‘NEPRA Asaan Approach’ app which will be launched tomorrow. Pakistan to launch the ‘NEPRA Asaan Approach’ app to address electricity- related issues. The NEPRA Asaan Approach app will be officially launched on Wednesday to address power-related problems and rapid resolution of electricity complaints. It will provide a user-friendly platform for consumers to report and address their electricity issues immediately. Electricity consumers can also track their complaints by their tracking ID which is generated when they submit an application. The mobile application will handle a range of complaints from power outages to overbilling. This application aims to facilitate electricity users across Pakistan by enabling them to submit complaints and ensuring swift resolution to their complaints.

NEPRA claims that the project is a part of their dedication to use technology to improve customer service and quickly resolve complaints from customers.
